Insurance claim repairs
We are approved repairers for the insurance industry and work directly with the major insurers. Lodge your claim with us and we attend to it within the normal timeframe of 5 to 7 business days. See Insurance and Warranty to start a claim.
Manufacturer warranty repairs
We are warranty agents for most manufacturers. If your caravan or an appliance is under warranty, call us to discuss the options before you bring it in.
12v appliance fitting
We are qualified to fit 12v appliances. From fridges and lights to accessories, the fitting is done properly the first time.
24v electrical
We have a 24v electrician on call for the larger electrical jobs that a standard fit-out does not cover.
Gas fitting
We have a fully qualified gas fitter on call. Gas work on a caravan has to be safe and compliant, so it is done by the right person.

What to bring and what happens next

- For an insurance job, have your insurer and claim details ready, or use our insurance lodgement form.
- For a warranty job, confirm the product is within warranty with the manufacturer or supplier first, and have the chassis number, serial number and proof of purchase ready.
- We give you a quote and a realistic timeframe before any work starts.

Do you do insurance work?
Yes. We are approved repairers for the insurance industry and work with RAC, AAMI, QBE, SGIO and APIA. Insurance claims are attended to within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you handle warranty repairs?
Yes. We are warranty agents for most manufacturers, including Jayco, New Age, Lotus, Retreat, Dometic, Coast to Coast and Camec.
Can you do gas and electrical work?
Yes. We fit 12v appliances in-house and have a 24v electrician and a fully qualified gas fitter on call.
