Northside is an approved repairer for the insurance industry. Insurance claims are attended to within the normal timeframe of 5 to 7 business days. To get started, lodge the details through our insurance form and we will take it from there.

What you will need for a claim
- Your details and preferred contact method
- Your caravan make, model, registration and VIN or chassis number
- The claim type (caravan, appliance or other)
- Proof of purchase and any supporting files (up to 8)
- Your insurer and claim number
How the claim runs
- You lodge the details through our form, or call the workshop.
- We confirm the claim with your insurer as an approved repairer.
- The claim is attended to within 5 to 7 business days.
- We quote the repair and keep you updated through the job.

Before calling, please make sure you have
- Contacted the manufacturer and/or supplier to confirm the product is within warranty.
- The relevant information ready, including but not limited to: caravan chassis number, product serial number and proof of purchase.
